How are API requests counted?
Each successful API call that produces a PDF counts as one request toward your monthly limit. Failed requests and template previews in the dashboard typically do not count.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
When you reach your plan limit, further API requests may return a 429 error until your quota resets or you upgrade. Upgrade to Pro (1,000 requests/month) or Enterprise (10,000 requests/month) in the app.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your billing area in the app. You keep paid-plan access through the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
