How are "PDF Generations" counted?
Each successful API call to our render endpoint that produces a document counts as one generation. We don't charge for failed renders or template previews in the dashboard.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
On the Free plan, your API requests will return a 429 error. On the Pro plan, we offer automatic overages at $0.01 per PDF, or you can choose to hard-cap your usage in settings.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. You will maintain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
